Kevin is an Asian-American actor currently based in London.  Kevin made his mark in the London theatre scene in 2013 playing DHH in the UK Premiere of Pulitzer Prize Finalist Yellow Face, by Tony Award winner David Henry Hwang.  Yellow Face was the inaugural play of the Park Theatre (Park90) and played to sold out houses.  Kevin reprised his role in the sold out transfer to the Royal National Theatre in May 2014.  A few months later, Kevin made his London West End debut in 2013 in the hit play Chimerica (winner of Evening Standard Theatre Award and Critics’ Choice Award for Best Play) by Lucy Kirkwood. Kevin performed in the first ever all-East Asian cast at the Royal Shakespeare Company in Snow in Midsummer in 2017.

Kevin began his acting career in 2011, after a non-traditional route into the industry.  Kevin played leads in two television docudramas, Bite of the Living Dead and Obsession: Dark Desires before making his way onto more mainstream shows, including 24: Live Another DayTyrant, Pure Genius, and EastEnders.  He can be seen opposite Dougray Scott in the zombie film The Rezort on Netflix, and opposite John Malkovich in Michael Apted’s spy thriller Unlocked. Kevin has also appeared in various commercials, short films, and web series, and has done voice over for audio books, commericals, animations, and video games.  Kevin was awarded the Actors’ Guild Bursary in 2013.

Kevin grew up in Orange County, California and studied Computer Systems Engineering (BS) and Sociology (MA) at Stanford University.  After graduating from Stanford, Kevin moved to New York City and worked in the corporate world for two years, before pursuing an MBA at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Following his MBA, Kevin moved to London and worked in an office for two years before deciding to pursue an acting career.  Previous to acting, Kevin has worked in information security consulting, at a Las Vegas casino, and at an internet startup.

Outside of acting, Kevin enjoys eating significant amounts of food and visiting Michelin-starred restaurants.  He also enjoys traveling to exciting and random locations.  Some of his random travel highlights include backpacking through Russia and road-tripping through Ukraine (including a visit to Chernobyl), exploring the copper mines of Chile, dining at the home of a local in a Nubian village in Egypt, seeing the Northern Lights in the Arctic Circle, scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef, hugging a panda in China, hang-gliding over the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and bungee jumping over Victoria Falls in Zambia.  Kevin enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, volleyball, and ice hockey.
